My plan to make myself better

I saw a video about improving yourself, such as how Mottovasion doesn't work and how the best approach is to make a list for the next day. This is the list I made

Write 100 words, do 1 unit of Kanacademy. Read a chapter of any book, Cook a good meal, Write 1 blog, Do 50 push-ups, Do 50 squats, Go to bed at 11. The first day has been going great, i did my pushups, I did my squats, I wrote 100 words, and i read a book. I didn't do my Kanacademy, but I plan on doing it tomorrow, as for my blog, this is it.
